The Russian president speaks:
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said on Tuesday he had ordered troops to stop military operations in Georgia before he was due to meet French President Nicholas Sarkozy for peace talks in Moscow.
One has to wonder what Vlad thinks of this.
Or if Dmitry will live to see Wednesday.
