Sen. Roland Burris Won't Seek Reelection
Appointed Sen. Roland Burris (D-Ill.) will not seek reelection in 2010, according to a Democratic strategist, a decision that was all-but-certain given his ties to former Gov. Rod Blagojevich.

Must not be able to profit off his pariah status.
